Southern Decadence (Aug 27-Sep 1) Location: New Orleans, LA
It's not the heat, it's the humidity..and you can count on it being absolutely sticky in New Orleans this weekend. Southern Decadence is the wildest party outside of Mardis Gras, and N.O. really knows how to throw it.
